Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies when you purchase an Aianalytics programme through an invoice or agreed payment channel. This website does not process checkout payments.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least fourteen (14) days before a live cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials beyond the syllabus preview. Self-paced Pulse Seat purchases may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase if less than twenty percent of recorded modules have been opened.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after a live cohort begins but within the first two workshop sessions, you may receive a partial refund of fifty percent of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party platform costs disclosed at enrolment.

Non-refundable items

Custom Observatory Team scoping fees, completed private workshops, and certificates already issued are non-refundable. Promotional add-ons marked as non-refundable at purchase remain non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@aianalytics.digital with your full name, programme name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) working days to the original payment method. Bank timelines may add additional days beyond our processing.

Cancellation by Aianalytics

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law remain unaffected. Where a cooling-off right applies to distance contracts for services, we will honour those rights as required.
